We gladly take only company checks , church and school checks. Balances due day of event. No personal checks. We do not take deposits. Driver license is needed for company checks and credit cards. ** Booking fees are not refundable. Booking fees are not deposits. Booking fee, taxes and trip fees are additional. Canceling for ANY reason including BAD WEATHER you will be charged 50% of the outstanding balance even if the event gets rescheduled. Booking fees are required to be put on the calendar for reservations. Booking fees are NOT deposits. Events booked PRIOR to 30 days of the event will be subject to the cancellation fee of 50% of the outstanding balance. Booking fee, taxes and trip fees are additional. Trip fees are extra and charged extra and additional. Canceling day of event requires full balance due. If you reschedule your party there is a 25% fee of the outstanding balance must be paid when you cancel the original date. Client assumes risk for bad weather- We charge client if event is rescheduled 25% or 50% if canceled due to bad weather.** Outside MAGIC SHOWS no problem – must be between 60 degrees and 80 degrees. We do not go up or down stairs. Please allow a 45 min. grace period – due to weather ,traffic and other factors. For inflatables client must be there when unit is dropped off. We ask for a 24 hour delivery window for delivery and pick up. Time sensitive window is 4 hours for an added $100.00 fee. Customers pick out their inflatable unit. If unit reserved by client is deemed unsuitable Magic by David will substitute for an equivalent inflatable or upgrade at no additional charge.

Packages based on time may limit services performed. Animals vary per show , we can not say for certain what animals are in shows so we suggest you keep top secret. Performers and artists vary and no one specifically is guaranteed. Trip fees and fuel surcharges applied to all bookings…magic shows, face painting, and inflatable rentals. Fuel surcharge is additional and added at visit, if fuel is more than $3 per gallon; Wake Co $20, Franklin Co $30, Durham Co $25, Alamance Co $50, Orange Co $25, Halifax Co $30, Johnston Co $25, Nash Co $25, Wilson Co $25, Pitt Co $30, Edgecombe Co $25. Fuel is extra for generator rentals. Important up to 10 kids can get painted and a balloon in one hour. As many kids can watch a magic show, but face paint and balloons are limited. Temp above 80 degrees outside is at performers discretion: a tent is required supplied by customer, Permitted # of persons on inflatables – 4 persons max on inflatables. If permitted persons is exceeded there is a $75 fee for excessive wear and tear. Dunk tanks are filled and drained by customer. A generator rental has 2 outlets, which can run one inflatable. You don’t always need a generator. One is needed if power isn’t in close proximity ,no more than 75 feet, away from the inflatables. Ask one of our professional staff if you are unsure. If customer supplies their own generator or generators they must have sufficient power to run the blowers and Inflate the Inflatables. Inflatables require liability form check it out below before you book. Attire of performer is at performers discretion. We ask if performing on a military base client drives performer on to base. By paying booking fee client agrees to contract number starting at # 4123 .Your card is kept on file and will be encrypted. If renting from us , client MUST sign our liability form. We ask you read this form PRIOR to booking ,reserving and paying us …as without signing we can’t rent to you and we give no refunds. Sample, Liability form link is on this page. Return your liability form within 24 hours of booking. Remember client must supply power and if wet item garden hose and water source. If a client gets into our character outfit rentals… They could stay in the outfit as long as they like up to the rental period time. If our company gets into outfit characters, it is limited no more than 20 minutes. This is for picture taking hugs and high-fives. It is a character appearance. Magic show has jokes gags and pranks .. may not be suitable for everyone. Performers and equipment can not get wet. Outside magic shows at performers discretion. Client must provide a tent, There is a $50 extra fee if magic show is outside above 80 degrees. $50 is extra and additional. Two bottles of cold water should be supplied by the client. No refunds.
